Kallol "Karl" Halder, Law Clerk

Mr. Halder is a second year law student at South Texas College of Law in Houston, Texas. His focus is on commercial law in general and intellectual property law in particular.

Mr. Halder has twenty years of diverse business experience as a result of holding progressively responsible positions that spanned consulting, sales, marketing, and management. He acted as a trusted advisor to the decision makers at Fortune 500 as well as small-to-medium size businesses in reducing their operational risks through rationalization initiatives and also in shaping their strategic plans through transformative undertakings. In addition to architecting and implementing innovative solutions enabled by esoteric technologies and best practices, Mr. Halder has collaborated with various stakeholders in disparate functional areas while negotiating pricing, terms, and conditions to finalize contracts for major sourcing commitments.

Recently, as the proprietor of a multi-location brick-and-mortar business, Mr. Halder has obtained critical, firsthand insight into the legal and operational dynamics facing small-business owners in general and franchisees in particular.
